Trip to California

A few weekends ago I decided last minute to take a little weekend trip to California instead of being home alone. We had such a great time, Logan loves when he gets his own seat on the plane and he can look out the window.
And he loves playing with Grammies toys, even if they are a little girly!
While I was there my Mom, Whitney, and I got into making flowers (the kind I wear in my hair all the time). It was so easy and fun! Poor Logan had to spend time playing on the floor in the craft room, but he found plenty of things to play with to keep him busy (I had a really cute picture to post here but didnt realize it was a really naked picture)The flowers turned out really cuteWe ended up making about 60 flowers while I was there! Poor Logan fell and hit his head right after we got home, but it makes him look pretty tough right?
I finally got enough time to blog while sitting in the airport. Dan and I are headed to Arkansas while Logan stays home with his Grammy. I really hope Logan is a good kid, and I hope we find somewhere nice to live!

Okay, Im seriously going to blog... soon. I have a ton of pictures, but our computer is in storage and I cant get my camera to hook up with the laptop. Hopefully tonight I get around to it!

settling into our temporary home

So we are living at my uncles house for a few weeks before we leave for Arkansas. It has been really nice to be here, Logan LOVES my uncle and enjoys all the attention he gets. Today we went to a near by park to play. Logan could swing for an hour, its always hard to talk him into getting off!We went to feed the ducks at the pond...Logan was more interested in eating the bread than throwing it to the ducks. He did laugh really hard when I threw the bread to the ducks, I think he thought I was throwing it AT the ducks. He is such a little boy!
Logan has been really busy terrorizing Nellie. Here he is sitting in Nellies bed just because it upsets her.He has been taking Nellie for rides in his fire truck (I think he misses playing in the front yard with our friends!)
And his biggest new thing... WALKING!!! He has been doing so great, I cant wait for Dan to get home and see! (I know my blog should be renamed the Anderson Nudist Colony, but my kid really enjoys being naked!)

GIRL!!!
We are so excited to be welcoming a little girl in February! It seems so weird to be having a girl after having Logan (who is ALL boy) but I'm sure it will be an adventure! Dan can't wait, hopefully he isn't shocked at how many ruffles, pink, and tutus one baby girl can bring!
