Many of you may not know that Im a pretty crafty chic! My mom sent me a book of baby hats for knitting when I got pregnant and I had to start right away (even though I didnt know what I was having at the time). I really love to knit and crochet and have really developed my technique over the last year or two. I started with hats for Emma and Sophie, then continued with hats for friends (I even sold one for a lady at work to give as a shower gift!). If any of you enjoy this type of thing you should check out the book "Itty Bitty Hats" by Susan B. Anderson!
Emmas hat has a bouquet of roses on top- she looked through the whole book and picked out the hat she wanted and all the colors too!
I made this hat to take to the hospital for him to wear there... It will be the end of May so I dont think he will wear too many home made hats until he is about 5 months old!

Wow! So cute! I liked all of them. You're right... I had no idea you were so dang crafty! It does seem like some people are in a blogging rut. I'm in one myself. I thought about posting something today. I was a little depressed when I couldn't think of anything exciting enough : )

Those are sooooo cute! It is hard to find cute hats like that for babies/infants! I, however am NOT crafty enough to make those! :)
who knew you were so crafty? If Lincoln liked hats at all I would buy one from you but unfortunately he cries everytime we try to put one on him. I agree about the lack of blogging, I am missing hearing about everyone's lives. I'm glad you are still updating :)
The hats are so cute. Chelsea Michele left today for California. I am so sad, can't stop crying. But I will spend my new found time (instead of holding Lincoln) and caught up on my blogging. Love those hats. Lincoln does not need on now, but Kyle will. Can you make a boy one with fire trucks or fireman decorations??
