We Are On Vacation!!!

We are on vacation in California for 10 days! I probably wont be updating too much, but my family is busy exhausting Logan! (sorry, I dont have my camera cord so its pictures from my cell phone this week!)

Father's Day

On Father's Day Logan and I went to the airport to see Dan. It was his only chance to see Logan on Father's Day, we had so much fun seeing him at work!
Logan was SO cute getting ready for church, I just had to take a picture of his sweet grin!my favorite pictures of Logan are nudey bum pictures! He loves the washer, and he loves to crawl around naked... he is in all his glory here!

We've taken family pictures twice in the last few weeks. My cousin Mickelle takes the most fabulous pictures, she sent me this one from our first shoot. I cant wait to see them all!

At Home

So I haven't posted anything great lately, we have been stuck at home with Logan sick. He has just had a little stomach virus but when he gets sick he gets really high temperatures that make everything worse!
My super fabulous neighbor Sara brought me dinner the other night while Dan was gone and I was home alone with a sick baby! (thanks Sara, it was so good! Dan loved the leftover brownies too!)Logan finally slept really well last night, and I think we are finally getting back to normal!

June? Seriously?

So it is the middle of June and we haven't had a hot sunny day in over a week! Today we had a pretty good hail storm, Logan loved it and Nellie was so scared she hid under the bed for an hour.here is some of the hail on our back porchmy poor plants were abused by the hail, wind, and rain.the ditch that separates our yard and the farm behind us was like a river! I hope next week will bring warm swimming weather!

I wanted to add a picture of Logan watching the storm but my camera quit downloading pictures! I will try to add it later.

Summer time

We are having so much fun this summer already! I love being able to swim, play, and eat summer food with Logan. I think this kid could eat his weight in watermelon every single day!He is so happy when he sees the watermelon come out of the fridge! we also have a fabulous view out our back porch during the summer. I love how green it is, and the way it sounds when its breezy.
I also just finished making this pillow for my sister in laws birthday, I think it came out pretty cute for my very first one!

Swim Party!

Today we had a neighborhood swim party in our yard. About 10 moms came with all their kids, kiddie pools, toys, and picnic lunches! The weather was a little cool, but we had such a blast! Hopefully we can do it in a few weeks again when its really hot outside. Thanks to everyone who came- everyone is always welcome to join us next time!

Piano Man

It is so good for Logan to play with little boys his own age, I love when we go to Leslie's and Ikabod (I'm not sure if I spelled that right) is there! Yesterday the two of them played the piano together, it was pretty funny!they would do pretty well for a few minutes, than one would start pounding over the other ones hands!
